鐵氟龍→氟(碳)素樹脂→塑膠之王
鐵氟龍,是由英文 TEFLON 音譯而成,它是一種氟碳聚合物,由美國杜邦公司獲得世界專利,其商業名稱為〝聚四氟乙烯〞(PTFE:Polytetrafluoroethylne)。一般稱為〝氟碳樹脂〞或〝氟素樹脂〞(Fluorocarbon Resin)。鐵氟龍具有不黏稠、防污垢、耐久、耐高溫、耐腐蝕與耐高壓的特性,並有高度的抗化學藥品特質, 和卓越的電氣絕緣性,而且不受超高溫和超低溫而更改其特性的優勢。除了被廣泛的運用於廚房用具外, 也被巧妙的運用於製程排氣管之系統工程、太空工程、 電子工程、與建築工程上。鐵氟龍之特性也符合其他塑膠製品之標準,因此鐵氟龍成為塑膠製品之原料,故稱為塑膠之王。
TEFLON Introduction
TEFLON is the commercial nomenclature of the world patent PTFE(Polytetrafl uoroethylne), normally called (ETFE) Fluorocarbon Resin, and obtained by U.S DuPont Company. It is known for being non-stick, stainresistant, durable and reliable. Its non-stick properties have transcended into the kitchen and are widely used in other areas including Process Exhaust Fume System, aerospace, communications, electronics, industrial processes, and architecture.
Industrial products made with Teflon (ETFE) fluoropolymer resin have exceptional resistance to high temperatures, chemical reaction, corrosion, and stress cracking. The properties of Teflon make it the preferred plastic material for industrial applications and different processing techniques.
塗層介紹
塗層程序:
程序一: 噴砂→清潔→裹覆鋁箔紙。
程序二: 在不鏽鋼金屬工件內層塗裝ETFE( 氟聚物熱塑性樹脂)。
- 先上底層塗料( 底漆),以310℃溫度燒烤30~45 分鐘。
- 上第一層塗料( 面漆),以310℃溫度燒烤30~45 分鐘。
- 上第二層塗料( 面漆),以310℃溫度燒烤30~45 分鐘。
- 上第三層塗料( 面漆),以310℃溫度燒烤30~45 分鐘。
檢查外形表面,如果達到所要標準,即可停止塗層工作,冷卻,檢查塗層厚度,檢驗針孔。
Coating Procedures
Procedure 1: Sand blasting →Clean→Aluminium foil wrapping
Procedure 2: Apply ETFE resin coat for the best average thickness.
→Apply one primer coat, bake at approximately 310°C for 30-45 minutes.
→Apply first topcoat, bake at approximately 310°C for 30-45 minutes.
→Apply second topcoat, bake at approximately 310°C for 30-45 minutes.
→Apply third topcoat, bake at approximately 310°C for 30-45 minutes.
The coating process is completed when the inspections of appearance comply with standards.
The coated product is chilled for thickness and pinhole inspection.

Introduction of JH® ETFE Ducts & Fittings
A great demand for exhaust fume system in clean-room operations has dramatically increased due to the
development of the semi-conductor industry. JH® adheres to the Process Exhaust Fume System by producing
stainless steel fume ducts coated with DuPont (ETFE) instead of PVC,PP and FRP materials to meet the
requirements of fire- and acid-resistance standards.

- JH® ETFE Ducts & Fittings can be provided to various specifications to meet customers’ demands.
- Stainless steel is used as the primary metal to provide protection from any damage from water, leaks, external impact and corrosive chemical spills – even in the event of fire, JH® ETFE Ducts & Fittings will not burn, melt or collapse.
- JH® ETFE Ducts & Fittings provide superior chemical resistance. The surface of ETFE provides ultimate toughness and resistance to abrasion, and is virtually unaffected by all industrial chemical. ETFE can resist alkalis, halogens, inorganic compounds and strong inorganic acids. It performs over a wide range of temperatures from -150°F to +300°F (-66°C to +149°C).
- JH® ETFE Ducts & Fittings cope with both flammable and non-flammable corrosive and toxic stream exhaust, and can be used in a non-sprinkler application.
- JH® ETFE Ducts & Fittings can integrate with computer aid designed systems, being accurate in dimension and easy to install.

◆製作過程( 塗層) 控制
- 鈞浩確實查詢顧客所要求的產品製造訂單,確定產品與顧客所要求之設計互相符合,避免尺寸上與規格上的誤差。
- 不鏽鋼管件在塗裝之前完全保證乾淨而毫無瑕疵,同時確定管件有最適當的焊接和表面處理以提供最佳的黏附力。
- 管件在清洗過程中,嚴格使用手套、鉗子與適當的清潔工具。
- 塗層以後,確實檢驗所有的管件。平均塗層厚度為200μ,在使用火花測試器進行針孔測試。如不符合厚度標準或有針孔瑕疵,產品將無法通過檢驗而被使用。
◆國際標準:
JH® 已通過多項產品測試與製程檢驗,使產品符合國際標準。
- Factory Mutual Research Corp. 無塵室材料防火4910 之測試。
- Factory Mutual Research Corp. 4922 之認證, 適用於製程排氣系統一次配管之12"Ø ∼ 60"Ø 之風管。
- Factory Mutual Research Corp. 4922 之認證, 適用於製程排氣系統二次配管之 4"Ø ∼ 11"Ø 之風管。
- ASTM E-84 之測試標準。
- ISO 9001 國際認證。

Quality Control
◆ Materials:
- The exterior metal material is #304 or #316 stainless steel.
- Coating material is DuPond Teflon ETFE Fluoropolymer resin.
◆ Procedures:
- The specifications will be checked with those specified in the purchase order.
- Before coating, we check the cleanness of the stainless steel duct to ensure complete welds, proper surface treatment and preparation for obtaining the best adhesion of the coatings.
- We use clean gloves and tongs to handle all duct pieces to keep them clean.
- Inspection of products after coating process is completed. The average thickness is 200μ. The pinhole test is performed with a spark tester. In case of inadequate thickness or pinhole defect, the particular batch of products will fail our quality assurance and be rejected for use.
◆ Codes and Standards:
- Factory Mutual Research Corporation clean room materials flammability test class 4910.
- Factory Mutual Research Corporation Standard 4922, for duct size of 12"Ø ∼ 60"Ø.
- Factory Mutual Research Corporation Standard 4922, for duct size of 4"Ø ∼ 11"Ø.
- ASTM E-84 Test.
- ISO 9001 Certifi cate.
Samples are tested on a regular basis to control quality. JH® provides products with reliability and excellent quality.
